The community was completed in 2003 and offers two uniquely styled units; a double-story two-bedroom home with two and a half bathrooms and a double-story three-bedroom home with two and a half bathrooms - both units include indoor laundry and outdoor storage space. There is a private swimming pool available for use by its residents.
The association is governed by the Declaration for Park Place at Plantation and a five member Board of Directors who encourage resident involvement in committee and social activities.
