The minimum criterion for consideration of purchase is: 
-household income of $40,000 per year
-FICO score of 680
- no bankruptcies, foreclosures, evictions, charge offs, or short sales in the past 5 years

The minimum criterion for consideration of lease is:
- household income of $40,000 per year
- FICO score of 625
- no bankruptcies, foreclosures, evictions, charge offs, or short sales in the past 2 years

You are required to complete an online application process in order to be considered by the Board of Directors.
